Does this question have anything to do with Framework Manager?

I think any report, active or otherwise, is going to hit the database in order to get the data...'cuz that is where the data comes from. An active report is going to hit the database to generate the .mht file, but then a user can look at that .mht until the cows come home without hitting the database.

This is the  interview questions, I have just undergone the training in cognos
Question is what are the difficulties u have faced while developing .

It would be great if i get the solution for this questions.

The *honest* answer to the question would be that you have just undergone training, that you are eager to learn, and that you have found valuable resources online that you believe will help you come up to speed quickly.

You cannot ethically adopt anyone else's answers to a question about difficulties faced while developing.

I don't think the purpose of this forum is to help people fake their way through an interview.
