I don't know how to do more short(alias) the URL to access when the app (Cognos Mobile) need the name to the server.
Usually the URL is : "http://localhost/ibmcognos"

Please your help

Try using the server IP where mobile is installed...

EX.
http://192.168.1.100/ibmcognos

try http://servername/cognos10/m
