Print Page - Problem with users in Active Directory

Title: Problem with users in Active Directory - Cognos Mobile (iPad)

I tried to send an active report to ipad. I have users in Active Directory and Local users (NTLM conexion). Making test with local users the result was successful, but when i use Active Directory users and send the active report to iPad, i can't view the report.

I dont't sure if the problem is with active directory permissions or in Cognos??

Note: I use IBM Cognos BI 10.1.1.
