I created a dashboard and when I'm trying to access it from the portal it is giving me security issues. CAF firewall issue.
When I try to access the dashboard from the folders, it is working fine.
any ideas please.
Well, I don't really think anyone will be able to suggest any specific things to check unless you can provide the specific error you are seeing. At a guess I'd imagine the user's domain is not a valid domain in the CAF, but it's a pure guess.

Please see the attached error. I see this error only when I'm trying to access the dashboard through the portals. The dashboard is working fine when i run through public folders.

I think you should ask your Admin to delve into the cogserver.log whilst you re-produce the error, as the previously attached error is really only notifying you that something went wrong, and that the full error message has been logged elsewhere.
One of the features of CAF is that it obscures the detail of error messages to end users, thereby preventing potentially sensitive details such as dispatcher addresses, or source data locations etc being made available to all and sundry.
If your administrator can provide the content of the error message logged by CAF then this may give a better lead.
