Title: Problrm running report from VPN Connection

I can log into cognos just fine. but when i choose to run report when i am logged on through a VPN connection ,i ac see the report is running dialog box , then it gets closed with a blank page. plz help me out.

HI Prince,

did u check the Browseroptions? I assume you are using I.E.?
Are you talking about Active Reports or standard reports? Which Cognos Version are you using?
What options are enabled in connection considering the interactivity of html documents?

Am using 10.1 I tried setting up ALL  IE options. If u have any list of setting pls share

I am Sry Prince, im not holding such a list.

But pls check/ try in case you have the option to do so..
- can u you use firefox/ opear and try it with that browser?
- check in cognos connection the options for interactive behaviour
- are you using a small vpm client or a bigger client like citrix?
