What is difference between Content manager and Content manger cache

What will be in Content manager and  Content manger cache

Please tell the difference

Hi,

Take a look at the Administration and Security Guide, chapter 2 (page 22 of the PDF) for a nice explanation of Content Manager.

As you can see, Content Manager stores information on package definitions, report specifications etc in a Content Store database. Based on what you already know about caching (from your questions on the caching of report data from the reporting database(s)), I'm sure you can guess what the content manager cache is...
