Can anyone help me with this issue?
I'm using dmr in a crosstab in report studio. It's all going well except my client wants to be able to drill down on an attribute but then keep the parent attribute when drilling e.g. the parent item is called accnt1 when I drill down on this it gets replaced by the child (accnt 1.1). I want to be able to see the parent and the child as separate items at the same time so I'll be able to see accnt1, accnt1.1 etc.
Hope that makes sense. I think this is like the expand function in analysis studio, I need to do this in report studio. Any ideas?

Which version you are using ?? Cognos 10 has feature for Expand Collapse Rows and Columns in Cognos Workspcae.
If you want to implement in Report Studio Report , you can use http://www.cognosonsteroids.com/2012/02/create-report-with-collapsible.html
to give expand collapse feature in cross tab.
