Title: Seeing pop up window when hovering over graph

When I move my cursor over a bar graph a little pop up window comes up and gives me details on that graph. How can I turn this on? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Do you want to turn this on or off? Since it is already coming up ...

I have seen it before but want to turn it on in a new report and I am not sure how to do that. Thanks

Yup, that's what I was going to say. Tooltips of the Chart Labels.
