Hi, I am new in Cognos, so I will be maybe annoying but i will need help in future. 8)
First, I am creating reports in Report Studio, so I am interested is it possible to set privileges, so that some group of users can just run report which are generated for them. They are only allowed to run reports, and do not have rights to do anything in Report Studio, and to change that particular report.
How to that, if it is possible. ;D

To run reports you do not have to apply rights for the studio (which is basically for developing), but you need to set rights for the report viewer in capabilities. You need to set a set of rights in capabilities, including the 'run with options' to enable users to choose different output types etc. If a report uses straight SQL , then you need to add this within capabilities as well..
