Title: Slow Starting cognos 10.2 content manager on Win 2008 R2 64bit.

Hi All,

I've recently setup a multi-tier installation of 10.2 on a couple of Windows 2008 R2 64 bit hosts running on VMWare and I'm finding that when I stop the Content Manager and  then restart it the process gets stuck on the Check CSK availability task for a very long time.

The content manager server is configured with 2 vCPUs and has 4Gb of Memory allocated.

The installation of cognos is using the supplied IBM JRE.

Does anybody have any suggestions why the process is getting stuck at this point for the content manager?  The application tier doesn't display the same behaviour and goes through this process in a resonable amount of time.
