Title: CEP web issue

Application Datastore was restored from C8.4 to C10 for this application.
Am Opened an elist item in Dev environment, there is no more error. While trying this in Prod Environment am getting this error

Please let me know if you have any idea

Hi Palni,

A few things:

1. What was the reason for the restore from 8.4 to 10.1?  Upgrade processes?
2. You mention a Dev environment and a Prod environment, can you confirm what version each is running? (I would assume dev is a new 10.1 environment, but need to be sure).
3. Was the production elist (which I assume was 8.4) working prior to the restore processes?

Please provide any additional information that might be helpful and may assist in troubleshooting this.

HI Eric,
1. Yes,its an Upgrade Process.
2.In both 10.1 is running
3.restored db from 8.4 to 10.1
remapped the appln in cac & done in-place upgrade
done gtp
able to view the tree structure but unable to open the node in the web.

Thanks.  A few more things:

1. Are you using 2 separate database servers for the 2 10.1 environments? (dev and prod)
2. Have you imported any other applications, if so, have you tested to see if they work?
3. In the production environment experiencing the error, if you don't have other applications to test with, can you bring up a sample application to confirm if it's maybe something with the application itself?
