My report works on IE7 but In my IPAD it doesnt work. When I click drill through , it becomes just white screen? what can I do?

So you drill through source report shows up as white screen or when you click on the drill to the target report. If the source report is not the issue check if you can directly run the target report from where it resides if that works then it might be the parameters you passed...
I hope this makes sense, please spell out what testing you have done before screaming its not working... When I say test on the IPad.
Also try to creating a small source drill source ie. just one object and drill target report with one object for testing see if you get the right results.
With this you can narrow down if its something to do with the App / permissions/ parameters.

follow RKMI sugestion.
Create two simple reports, one source report and the target report with an text object with paramdisplayvalue('parameter') for testing purposes..
I had the same problem and solved installing fixpatches. Also, it is comented as a bug on Cognos IBM website.
