Hi,

I use cognos access manager for my authentication progress.can anyone assist me how to disable the case sensitive login for cognos.

Hi Cyno,

1. Open "Access Manager - Administration"
2. Login as Administrator
3. R-Click the namespace and select "Properties"
4. goto "Signons" tab
5. un-check "Make user IDs case-sensitive" button.
6. OK to save.
