Hi,

Does anyone know when cognos access manager 7.4 and 7.5 go out of support?  I've really struggled to find this on the IBM site.

Hi Cristian,

Series 7 Version 4 End Of Service: September 2013.

7.5 doesn't have and End of service date as far as I can see.

Appreciate the link as well, but just doesn't work me. Starting to think it may be related to my IBM profile, but still pretty painful if I can only find out a product support life from a forum rather than the IBM site.

I think that ;ink should work for you if you have IBM product support activated in your profile, but am totally not sure, IBM's security is a total maze and mess.

Main parts of that link are
IBM Cognos Series 7 products continue to be developed and supported. For all of these products standard IBM customer support policies apply. No end of life date has been set for IBM Cognos Series 7 Products.   Series 7 Version 5 was released in December 2010 and will be supported per standard IBM software support policies (See Note 1).

Series 7 Version 4 End Of Service: September 2013.
