We have installed Powerplay Client 10.2 in Citrix.
I know IBM does not support Citrix but we were running an older version of Powerplay in Citrix fine.
We have 2 issues. The first is it prompts you for your login credentials after starting Powerplay client.
After logging in, selecting new report and selecting Remote location, it opens a window to Cognos Connection for you to select a cube.
The problem is the window doesn't function. Clicking on any folder, link or button does nothing.
Any suggestions?
Older versions of PowerPlay were linking to PPES to connect to remote cubes. This has changed now - the cubes are hosted in Cognos 10, so it's an entirely different connection process. I'd guess that Citrix doesn't support this.
