Our current Cognos installation is 10.1.1 Fixpack 1. We installed Cognos Mobile 10.2.0.1.1 in our iPads and everything worked fine.
Unfortuntely Cognos Mobile 10.2.0.2.1 came and our users eagerly updated their Cognos Mobile. Now they get this error when retrieving reports:
DPR-ERR-2072
Unable to load balance a request with absolute affinity, most likely due to a failure to connect to the remote dispatcher....
Anybody experienced this and fixed it?
I think IBM have released another update to the app which fixes a couple of, um, unwanted behaviours :) This was released a few days after the initial redesigned app hit the streets. It's worth getting your users to update to the new version to see if this fixes their issue.
