Title: Alert message

How to display an alert message inside the cognos connection,when a new report or modification has been done i have show a new message .

when the user logs into the portal has to see the message.Any suggestions :)

We have got cognos BI Suite which has reportnet and powerplay.For SDK, we need to buy any other tool
