Good Day,
I am getting this error whilst running a Report Studio report:

"An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions status'='-16'

anybody know what causes this?

hi,
are you using relational database or DMR/OLAP? Do you have any data item created via a calculation?

thanks ... I figured out that it is because I was using Cognos 8 code which was deprecated in Cognos 10 ... :(
