Can anyone please tell me how to increase the number of entries in cognos connection.

By default Cognos shows something like 15/25entries on a page. You need to scroll to the next page to see the next set. You can increase this number by setting a higher value by modifying your preferences

Is there a way to push this through universally, so that all users see 25 entries instead of the default 15?

Rocket21  - yes. The administrator can change this in the Default User Profile on the Preferences tab, unfortunately this would only apply to new users, the existing users would not inherit those preferences.
