There apparently is a bug fixed in 10.2 where in a combination chart with Bar and Line the mouse over values works for the Bar and does not display the values for the line.
I need to disable the mouse over function for the graph as it is the line values the users are interested in, please can anyone advise if this is possible.

Do you mean you want to disable the tooltips entirely? You can do that by setting the maximum hotspots to 0, though this will also remove any drill through/down functionality.
If you're looking for disabling only the bar tooltips, I'm not certain this is possible. Since the hotspots are simply areas on the image map, you can probably write a js function to loop through and delete/modify elements as you want.

Setting the maximum hotspots to zero should work for this graph. It should be the lastmost option in the properties.
