Hi All,
I have some users that, when they run any report, receive the following error:
'Unable to authenticate a user. Please contact your security administrator.'
The users run reports through a web application in an iFrame, so no need to log in etc. We have a very large user base, but only some of them seem to be getting this error (and I cannot replicate). Am completely out of ideas so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Please check that the users for which report is failing are in the same user group as the other users for which report is not failing. Please check the same in IBM Cognos administration.
