Title: What is the best mapping tool that integrates with Cognos?

I am need to integrate mapping in Cognos.  The one from Cognos or Google won't meet my needs.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you elaborate why do you think that Google map or Cognos Map Manager can't satisfy your needs.
We need to know what we should be looking for

How about ESRI maps? They acquired SpotOn systems a while ago and now have very slick integration with Cognos.
