Title: Filter for Report no displaying on Query Items from a particular Framework

I have a particular Framework project where if you attempt to right click any of the query items from Query Studio the options to either "Filter the report" or "Sort the Report" by that query item do not appear.

Those menu items exist when I use any other package from any other Framework. I didn't think this was a FW setting, thought it was an automatic feature included when 8.4 came out.

Anybody know why the menu items do not appear?
