I have installed and configured Cognos Mobile on iPad and iPhone. However, I am having following two issues:
1. The navigation from Public folders to My folders is simply slow. It takes around hour for My Folders to load up after I click on it. Is there any document and / or ideas on performance tuning of Cognos Mobile?
2. I want to direct users to a dashboard directly when they launch their iPad app / iPhone web app for Cognos. How can this be achieved?
