I have several critical reports scheduled to print daily to a network printer. This week they have not been printing. I tried taking them off the schedule and readding it again but no luck. I wanted to delete the printer from the list in Cognos but I can’t. So I added the same printer again with a different name but none of my admin users can see the new printer I added only the one that was already on the list. My first question is what files keep this print listing information in Cognos since the UI is not adequate at all and only allows me to add a new printer not edit or delete existing ones. My Second question is why would my non admin users not be able to see the new printer I just added. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Do they have at least Traverse access to the parent container for printers?
