I posted this a few days ago in Active Reports, so apologies in advance for the cross-posting.
I have a subset of users (Report Administrators role) who can create and save reports in Report Studio, but when they convert those reports to Active Reports, and then try to save the changes, the report appears to save, but all the Active Report information doesn't save. Other things they change save correctly.
As an administrator, when I convert a report to an Active Report, the Active Report information saves just fine.
As far as I can tell, there's nothing about Active Reports in the Capabilities Administration. So what security setting do I need to change to allow Report Administrators to save Active Reports?

Just a hunch - does the affected user have the capability to use HTML items in Report Studio?

Yes, they have all rights to the HTML Items Capability.
