Title: Deploy Cognos on WAS

Hi,

We are trying to deploy Cognos 10.2 on a WAS 6.1, and we are getting this error.

Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: {0}

We have no idea why we are getting this message.

Any help please, or is there official documentation, where can I find it.
