From Cognos Administration, go to security, then drill down to the user.  From there you can see all of their my folders content and clean it up.

Thank you Johnson.
Sometimes we're not informed by the user group who has left the company,
at the year end, my boss ask me to do some housekeeping job, to free content store space as much as I can.
Is there any way I can do on database side?  I mean I want to find out all the user who has left the company, and delete their "My folder" contents.
also some user keep their report output for 2 years, how to delete those report output on database side?
really appreciate your help !

When you use a content store maintenance task, all content that can no longer be linked to a non existing user is removed from the CS automatically.
