Title: higher performance with multiple cores

Hi @ all,

at the moment we have cognos 10 with report studio running on a Windows Server 2008 with 60GB Ram an 8 CPUs. But the Process for Report Studio (I think this should be BIBusTKServerMain) is only using one core.

Is it possible change some settings, so that report studio would use more than on core for one report?

Hi,

I think you cannot configure the core for each BIBus process, but what you can configure is number of BIBus processes so requests for different report run can go to different BIBus processes which will help you to utilize the resources optimally.
