Title: Report Export to CSV issue URGENT

On exporting the report  CSV file, it then opens up Excel, but the information in Excel is not in separate columns. It is all in one column.

Pls help

There are Excel functions to use, highlight the 1 big columns and select Data > Text to Columns.

Cyno, can you attach a copy of your report spec? I've not seen this happen, but I would think it has to do with the report layout.

Hi,

We are exporting the cube report from Powerplay studio.Please help urgent.

hi Cyno,

Open your report in report studio and in report properties there is a option to select csv format ,i hope this will resolve ur problem if you are using powerplay u need to find the report properties and then look for CSV option.
