Hi All,
We have Cognos migrated from 8.3 to 10.1 recently.
The "View the report now" option doesn't work for many of the users. They get the data only if the use "Save the report" or Email it to themselves. I dont' face the issue.
However it was working for everyone in Cognos 8.3
Any idea what maybe causing this issue. I guess this may have something to do with IE settings, but not sure.

Pop-up blocker?
Can I know where this option is present?
@Grim: The Pop-up Blocker is truned off.
@Diya: When you run the report ( Using the blue color play button), you get the page where you have the option to select the reoprt format and all that. On that page we have this "View the Report Now" option.
