Title: Business Insight & TM1, no more server connection

Hi everyone,

experiencing troubles with following scenario.
I want to present some TM1 Data  in Business Insight. Build a sheet in TM1 and added the tm1server information in the tm1-contribution.atom.
For the development layer that worked well.
Therefore, this solution was deployed on the production-layer....and now in business insight i can not get any data at all.
Means the right content pane is empty, and i receive the message that its impossible to connect to the server, pls contact the administrator.
But: it is not only this user, other admin users as well. Also, i can connect in cognos connection and find all my data in all folders...so it has to be an issue with BI.

Because it is the productive environment, i have to wait until night to restart cognos server...any further ideas what could be the reason behind this error?
