I found out that Cognos 10 does not have the option to export a report in Excel 2000 Single sheet. This was there in the Cognos 8.3 version.
There are reports which have page break and earlier we used the "Single Sheet" option to get the entire report in one sheet.
But in C10 I don't have the issue.
Is there any way to solve this issue, as most of the users were using the option in Cognos 8.3.

Office 2000 extended support ended in 2009. So I am not surprised that this feature is finally gone.
Can you just have your users use CSV output?
@Grim: I got to know this after some time
@tjohnson: Thanks for the suggestion. But the problem was that the users have created a macro that uses the excel output, hence csv won't work. However I had to change the report layout to make it look like a single sheet with the excel 2002 option.
It was deprecated in 10.1. Here's the release note about it.
