Hello,
I have created a report and clicked on "Convert to template". I want to edit the report in the same screen by doing a rollback (undo)...but I do not see any option.

Is it possible?

Please help....
I clicked on wrong area and clicked convert to template and now cant see options to rollback

Hi Kris,

If you didn't save that report which you created and you clicked that "convert to template" it will not be back in that report there is no rollback option or UNDO is available.

Guys lemme know if i am wrong.

Hi Kris / Ravi

Yes, it is possible to rollback a template back to a report again.

Solution: copy the xml to clipboard -> paste in editor (notepad) -> find template="true" and and replace it with template="false" -> select all of the xml -> open from clipboard in report studio -> save as. VOILA!!! ;D

May be it is the workaround (have to try later to confirm), but do not understand why I can not rollback using "undo"
