Hi everyone,

One of the dimension having 5 levels and the 5th level having duplicates because we have one child belongs to multiple parents. I checked the Unique property of 5th level, so i am receiving TR2317 Error Message "Dim1 Designated as Unique". Please help me out of this problem.

Hi

The last level in your dimension is the 'key' to the measures so it needs to be unique. What's your source? Is it a data warehouse or are you going straight to a database?

If you look at the source what is the relationship between the dimension and the fact?
