Title: Crosstab report output error

Can some one help me identify the issue in the crosstab report

I do not understand why the members are not displayed in the columns

OOps found the error.
the example steps are wrong in the guide

Yep - looks like you had the root member of the dimension rather than the expected reason description members. Where are these instructions from? Are they from IBM or elsewhere?
