Last two days our country users are facing issues connecting to the Cognos8 Web link and also connecting to server from few countries.
We have checked from the application point of view and the Cognos Application is working fine and we and some country users are able to connect without issue.
Find the attached doc.for error screenshots.
Please help to resolve.

Hi Honey,
Generally if you're unable to ping a machine, it's because the IT group has disabled that ability, or there is a network problem (router, switch, segment etc).
So I have a few questions:
1. When you say 'country' users, what does this mean? Users in different countries / geographies?
2. For the users that are affected, are there any common themes? (same geography, same domain, same WAN link, etc).
Try running a tracert eapsapp10089 in the command window from a machine that is having problems and compare it against another machine that works. You may be able to uncover where the problem starts. Otherwise, I believe you'll have to involve the IT group to figure out what the problem is, as this is not a cognos problem.
