I am trying to upgrade t0 cognos 10.1 . Can anyone Please let me know where can i download Cognos Life cycle manager  software for free.

tried searching but could find exact download link.

Hi,

You should have access to IBM Passport Advantage and your company should be have a registered IBM CRN to download the products.
