We would like to create a document folder in the public folder section of Cognos Connection 10.1 for all users to view. The folder would house directories of reports with descriptions created on Cognos. Is there a guide with step by step instructions on how to set up?
Maybe I am missing something, but what you are asking for is very simple. Just create the folder using the "new folder" toolbar icon and drop your reports in there. If you need to change permissions from defaults, that is on the properties page for the folder.
