Could you please tell me how to create an agent which sends an mail automatically while cube get refreshes.

this is something urgent please help us.

If your using unix/linux and you have sendmail on the box you could just sent a quick email at the end of your cube build script. Otherwise there is no way to do this from cognos. It has to be scripted externally.

If you want this functionality built into transformer/Cognos then I sugest you open an "Enhancement Request" with IBM Cognos Support.
