Title: Connect to TM1 from Cognos Insight

Good day.

I need to get Cognos Insight to connect to TM1 9.5.2.
From within Cognos Insight you can enter the 'IBM Cognos TM1 system URL'.
I keep getting "Could not establish connection to the IBM Cognos TM1 Server: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect"
URL http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/services.
If I run netstat, I can't see port 9510 open.
I am running this on a VM with Win7 32bit Cognos BI 10.1.1 TM1 9.5.2.
Any ideas on setup, opening ports etc

You need the new TM1 10 server to be able to connect from Cognos Insight. It will not work if you have 9.5.x.
