One of our Cognos 10 users has a situation where scheduled queries in his My Folders do not run at the scheduled time. If I schedule the query outside of his My Folders, it triggers and runs on schedule. We are on 10.1.1. This problem only started happening a few days ago. The scheduled query in question used to run as scheduled. Can't figure out what could have caused this. Other users don't experience this problem.
Anybody have any thoughts?
Try removing and recreating the schedule. I often find this works when trying to fix unexplained scheduling hiccups.

Or perhaps renew credentials?
Cognos 10.1 doesn't require renewing credentials so I doubt that it will resolve your issue.
