Title: How to merge 2 versions of a model
Post by: Aamir on 28 Feb 2007 09:40:15 AM
Hi everyone
I have a framework model and its copy has been updated adding some calculations and the original version is also modified. Is there a way to merge these two versions? Sources, relationships are same in both the versions.
Any input will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hi Aamir,

Open the original version of the project and use the Project/Run Script option. Point at the log file from the copy of the project where the other changes were made, and select only those changes you wish to apply to the original.  Now run the script, and the changes you made to the copy will be applied to the original project.

Best regards,

MF.
