Hello experts! I have host with DB, host with cognos server and client host with transformer in cognos architecture.
I have an issue with transformer performance. A trouble is not about cube creation. I have few dims in the model. Cube creating is fast and it looks like all works fine. But when I add new dim(first of all add dim to dimension map and then add its id to fact source) and select "Data source viewer" then application perform this action too long.
I see in task manager that cogtr.exe works hard when I perform this action and processes at db and server hosts is idle. After few minutes result window appears without results and process at db server begins work. After few seconds results appears.
I tested this bug with other dims and i cann't reproduce it. But when I recreate this dim problem returns again.
Where is an issue?

What is the data type of the column you are adding?
DB Vendor - IBM DB2 9.5.0.1
In DB column type is BIGINT (8) NOT NULL
in transformer data class of item in data source query is numeric
