Hello, we are creating an Audit report using the Audit db that comes with Cognos 10.1.1 64 bit. We are trying to see how many reports the users actually run. If a user ran a report with the same title this past Monday and Wednesday it shows twice on the report. We want to only see the report listed once with its newest run date. We were thinking of maybe grouping the report name field and using max on the time stamp field but its not working out. These fields are from the Run Reports folder. Any other suggestions? Hi,

Did you try including the username/credentials column also in your groupby?
