Hi,
I have to do the branding to the cognos portal (I think its nothing but customizing the cognos portal). I am not sure why do you need to use putty when you can do it in cognos connection. Anyone knows how to do it using putty. Any help asap will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Hi,
You need to modify the images(like your company logo, different splash image etc),stylesheets and some of the other files on the server. If the server components are on the linux, you may have to use winscp or anyother tool that allows you to access the files on the linux server.
