Title: Desperate for Help

Hey Guys -
I just went to Cognos class and I have these questions (go figure!)

I can't seem to use my "undo" button - our administrator says it's Cognos's problem and Cognos says it's a problem with our administrator - any thoughts?

Ctrl-Z is the keystroke for Undo so you could use this in lieu of hitting the Undo button. However, you obviously first have to have done something to undo. Otherwise the icon will be unavailable.

Your best bet is to conference both your administrator and the cognos support rep so they can discuss the issue and the proposed solution from each side.
