Afternoon all,
I've a report that has a footer in which two images are displayed (both .jpg). However one of the images will not display in html output. All other display formats display the image. There are no render or conditional controls set up on the image and both images exist within the same table cell as each other.
I've tried creating a brand new report and have just put the images onto the page and the same thing is happening. Its very very odd.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Hi Jon,
Are you using absolute or relative URLs? If you enter the URL of the un-co-operative image directly in a browser, does it display?
MF.
Hi Jon,
Have you seen this link to IBM Cognos Technical Documentation?

Morning All and thanks for the replies.
the image is using a relative link and I've just tried accessing the image directly via the browser and it does display so I'm even more confused now.
Both the images on the report exist in the same default images folder. Unfortunately this issue is only occuring within our production environment. When it was pushed through our other environments during its promotion to production no issues were reported and that is still the same case now.
I think I'll have to have a play.
