How can i create a shortcut to report & how can i save that shortcut on desktop?

The shortcut exists in the content store database.

If you just want a URL you can use, go into the properties of the report, click on the "View the search path, ID and URL" link on the right, and copy the Default Action URL from there. You could then set up a desktop icon pointing to this URL.
