Title: how to set the permissions to MyFolder?

Hi gurus,

I have created a folder in my folder, in which some reports are there. now i would like the set the permissions to that folder. i mean only authorized people has to open that folder and to run the reports, the rest just they have to view the reports. please help me in this. can any one explain clearly. thanks in adv

You can not share folders created inside your My Folder , you will need to create a Folder in Public folder and then you can set the required permissions on the reports.

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks for ur reply, let me know if i create folder in public folders then how can i set the permissions? i mean i have to give access to only some people
